Description:
BluCurrent is seeking a Member Services Representative to serve as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union. MSRs will provide information and promote a full range of Credit Union products and services. MSRs will serve members by receiving or paying out funds with a high degree of accuracy, as well as maintaining accurate transactional records and providing basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• High school education or equivalent required. College preferred.
• At least two years of customer service experience required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for servicing Credit Union members and projecting a positive image as a representative for the Credit Union.
• Work requires sound decision-making skills with regard to carrying out specific rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Intermediate equipment skills required (telephone, fax machine, copy equipment, use of computer, system software, internet, electronic mail, spreadsheets, data processing, etc.)
