Allied Universal in Kahului, HI is hiring an Airport Security Officer (P/T Sunday/Monday). As an unarmed patrol officer at a government transportation location, you will deter security incidents, assist travelers and staff, and maintain a visible safety presence.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Licensing requirements may apply for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel and stakeholders while following procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities and access points.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner with appropriate authorities.
• Prepare incident reports and patrol logs, maintaining a professional presence.
