Job summary

Ivy Health in New York seeks a Therapy Aide to keep our clinic safe and welcoming. You will help maintain equipment and the space, assist the front office with phones, copays, and patient check-ins, and support patients and families throughout their visits.

Our Therapy Aides are valued members of our clinic team. They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for our patients, provide support to our front office team such as answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with the patients and their family members.
