Responsibilities

• Support front office tasks: answer phones, collect copays, check-in patients.
• Maintain clinic safety and cleanliness for patients and staff.

• Assist therapy teams as needed and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Adapt to varying shifts, including weekends when required.

They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for our patients, provide support to our front office team such as answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with the patients and their family members.
