Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide in New Jersey to help keep the clinic safe and organized while supporting front office tasks such as answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients.

You will contribute to a caring, patient-focused environment as part of a team that delivers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and ABA services.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication and bedside manner.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
• Prior customer service and patient care experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support front office by answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinic environment and ensure equipment readiness.

They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for our patients, provide support to our front office team such as answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with the patients and their family members.
