Ivy Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide in New Jersey to help maintain a safe, clean clinic and support the front office with phones, copays, and patient check-ins.

This role is ideal for students in exercise science or healthcare who enjoy helping others and want to contribute to a team delivering physical, occupational, speech therapy and ABA services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or patient care preferred.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible to varying shifts and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Support front desk by answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients.
• Ensure clinic equipment and spaces are clean and safe for patients.
• Assist with communication with patients and families.
• Provide general clinic assistance to therapists and team.

Position Summary:

Our Therapy Aides are valued members of our clinic team. They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for our patients, provide support to our front office team such as answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with the patients and their family members. This is a great opportunity for students who are pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or anyone who loves being in healthcare and helping others.
