Job summary

Johnson, Stone & Pagano, P.S. in the Tacoma area is seeking a part-time Administration Internship to support scanning for tax preparation. Training will begin mid-January for a few hours each week, with the internship running mid-February through mid-April.

You will digitize client documents, verify information in the scanning program, and gain knowledge of tax forms and data reported on them to file tax returns. This role emphasizes strong organization, reliability, and time management.

WHAT WILL YOU DO at JSP?

It involves digitizing physical client documents and verifying the accuracy of the information within the scanning program. You will gain knowledge of tax forms and information reported on them that are applicable to file a tax return.
