The E-Teller is responsible for responding to member and potential member needs with high-quality service. This includes performing transactions and providing information accurately, professionally, quickly, and efficiently via multiple media channels, with a primary focus on Interactive Teller Machine. The E-Teller also answers member inquiries and assists in understanding and utilizing credit union products and services.
Experience in retail sales or customer service, with excellent communication skills.
1 to 3 years of related experience, including preparatory experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Courtesy and tact are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities and provide high levels of customer service.
Verbal, written, and video communication skills; ability to cross-sell and meet referral goals.
Primarily sedentary work, capable of lifting up to 10 lbs, working extended hours, and performing routine office tasks.
Indoor, climate-controlled environment; capable of working weekends and occasional extended hours.
Ability to work independently or with limited supervision, handle multiple priorities, and maintain discretion on confidential matters.
