Fairview Health Services seeks a licensed clinician to provide therapeutic services in the Sexual and Gender Health clinic. You will perform diagnostic assessments, determine interventions, and facilitate therapy while educating patients and families.
You will develop treatment and transition plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care. The role requires LICSW or equivalent licensure (or related psychology licenses) with experience in sex and gender
Provides therapuetic services for the Sexual and Gender Health clinic. Conducts multi-axial diagnostic assessment, determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member.
Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (one evening a week of needed)

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
