Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits via a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team consists of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, treating each patient with compassion and respect while striving to provide the best individualized care possible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy
• Active Florida license
• Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with various mental health conditions.
• Deliver different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
• Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development.

Compensation Package

• $60-$65 per billable hour

Work Schedule

• As an Independent Contractor, you will have the choice to determine your working hours.
• Offices open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments.
• Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.
• Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.
