Telos Health Systems is seeking a psychotherapist (LPCC/LMFT or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Flexible, autonomous role with strong administrative support.

Responsibilities include assessments, individual therapy, and treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team. Licensed NC professionals with relevant degrees are encouraged to apply; hybrid work format is offered.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license as LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.).
• Master’s degree (LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a clinical team.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative and leadership support.

Required

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Psychologist - PsyD/Ph.D.
• Master’s degree (LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with geriatric populations.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings.
