Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a part-time clinician to join the Monahans Area Behavioral Health Practice in Monahans, TX. You will provide clinical assessments, diagnoses and individual psychotherapy for older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings, with onsite care and remote documentation.

Role offers 2 days per week, no nights or weekends, and strong organizational support. Eligible for 401k and uncapped compensation with onboarding training and company iPad for remote collaboration.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Part-time (2 days per week) within Monday – Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Monahans and Pecos, Texas

Qualifications
