Job summary

TeamHealth in Texas is seeking a part-time behavioral health clinician to provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy for older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, focusing on depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, while enjoying clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support. Coverage includes Monahans and Pecos, TX, with onsite care and remote documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.

Role Overview

• Part-time (2 days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Monahans and Pecos, Texas
