TeamHealth is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to join the Lawrenceburg Area Behavioral Health Practice in Indiana. The role focuses on providing assessments, diagnoses and individual psychotherapy in post-acute and long-term care settings.

This full-time position (3.5 days per week) features no nights or weekends, on-site patient care with remote documentation, and strong organizational support within an interdisciplinary team across Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Greensburg and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Indiana license LMHC or LMFT.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• 6 months–1 year of psychotherapy experience.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Work with a coverage area including Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Greensburg, and Shelbyville, IN.
• Engage in remote documentation and on-site patient care.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (3.5 days per week) within Monday – Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes: Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Greensburg, and Shelbyville, Indiana

Qualifications
