Job summary

LaSante Health Center is seeking Psychotherapists to join our growing Behavioral Health team in New York. The role emphasizes psychotherapy with an average weekly caseload of 25–30 patients, delivering high-quality care to underserved communities.

We offer weekly individual and group supervision, ongoing trainings, and licensure hours toward credentialing while you work in our clinic. Evening and weekend availability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Credentials required include LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC-LP or LMFT.
• Clinicians should be eligible for licensure in the state.
• Experience in psychotherapy in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy-focused services to a weekly caseload of 25–30 patients.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Behavioral Health team.
• Participate in supervision and professional development activities.
