Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Early Childhood Services, the Diagnostic Evaluator conducts evaluations, develops reports with service needs and recommendations, and provides diagnostic feedback to individuals and caregivers.

  • Ability to implement evidence-based assessment and diagnosis practices

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Conduct neurodevelopmental evaluations (autism spectrum assessments like ADOS 2, ASRS, CARS), analyze data, and write reports
  • Training provided for interested candidates
  • Offer feedback to clients post-evaluation
  • Communicate with team members during assessments
  • Request outside services (e.g., ABA, medication) as needed
  • Share evaluation findings with the team
  • Participate in weekly meetings, communicate client needs, and provide consultation
  • Complete documentation within 24 hours
  • Manage your schedule for assessments, feedback, report writing, and rescheduling
  • Report weekly productivity

The basics you’ll need:

  • Master's degree in a related psychology field
  • Valid active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with continuing education
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical diagnosis experience (DSM-5-TR or DC0-5)
  • Training/certification in ADOS 2 preferred but not required
  • Reliable internet for telehealth
  • Availability to work up to 3 days/week at Fort Washington, PA, with remote work for other days
  • Potential evening/weekend hours based on client needs
