About the Role: Under the Director of Early Childhood Services, conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (e.g., autism spectrum assessments like ADOS 2, ASRS, CARS), analyze data, write reports, and provide feedback.
Essential Functions:- Conduct evaluations, analyze data, and write reports.
- Provide feedback to clients and communicate with team members.
- Coordinate outside services requests and share findings.
- Participate in team meetings, document evaluations within 24 hours, and manage scheduling.
- Report weekly productivity.
Requirements:- Knowledge of typical and atypical development.
- Evidence-based assessment practices.
- Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
- Valid license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with ongoing CEUs.
- At least 1 year of clinical diagnosis experience (DSM-5-TR or DC0-5).
- Training/certification in ADOS 2 preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet for telehealth.
- Work up to 3 days/week at Chantilly, VA; remote work possible otherwise.
- Potential evening/weekend hours based on client needs.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
