Turning Minds Counseling Profession in Wilmington, DE is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our growing team. This opportunity focuses on delivering evidence-based psychotherapy in a client-centered practice, with a remote working arrangement.

The role emphasizes CBT/DBT and trauma-informed care, requiring licensure eligibility in Delaware and strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, culturally competent, and client-centered approach to care.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring providers, and community resources
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
