BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, patient-centered behavioral health company offering remote services across multiple states. Join a collaborative team of therapists and prescribers, building your caseload with support from BlueSky.

We provide hourly compensation with medical insurance for therapists working full-time hours. You can choose your clinical days and hours and participate in virtual team meetings from home.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one served state.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Experience as clinical psychotherapist preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ communities preferred.
• Must not own or operate a private practice.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Solid computer skills with EHRs and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services remotely from home.
• Set preferred clinical days and hours based on availability.
• Collaborate with psychiatric prescribers and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.
• Build caseload rapidly with support from the BlueSky team.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered behavioral health care.

Job Requirements

• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve : AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA.
• Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed to support patient access and BlueSky's growing service areas.
• Accepted clinical licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC , or other equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in the states we serve.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities , is preferred.
• Must not own or operate a private practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered behavioral health care.
