Role Description

Contract Position: Outpatient Psychotherapist

We are seeking a qualified Outpatient Psychotherapist to join our trauma-informed practice. The Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Our practice addresses a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral disturbances, with a specialization in:

- Trauma and PTSD

- Depression

- Anxiety

- LGBTQIA2+ issues

- Social media-related concerns

- Eating disorders and other addictions

- Sexual acting out and sexual deviant disorders

We adopt an eclectic approach to treating behavioral issues and cognitive distortions. Our diverse team of clinicians employs various therapeutic modalities, including:

- Psychoanalysis

- Psychodynamic therapy

- Humanistic therapy

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

Qualifications

• Skills in writing clinical documentation (SOAP NOTES, Treatment Plans, Biopsychosocial Assessments, Discharge Summaries)
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PSY D, Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitionn(with supervisor)
