Qualifications

• Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and be open to licensure in additional states.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist.
• Experience with LGBTQ+ and transgender populations strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and technology; telehealth experience preferred.
• Prior experience in providing Telehealth services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously in the patient’s best interest with minimal corporate interference.
• Manage caseloads and collaborate with prescribers to coordinate care.
• Participate in regular virtual staffing and team meetings.
• Provide care from home with flexible days and hours chosen by the clinician.
• Coordinate between Psychiatric and counselor providers to ensure continuity of care.

• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.

Job Requirements:
