Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company seeking a psychotherapist supervisor to oversee supervisees in a telehealth setting. You will coordinate care between psychiatric and counseling providers and enjoy autonomy with minimal administrative interference.

Clinicians work from home with flexible days and hours; regular virtual staff meetings and monthly collaboration with prescribers support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and be open to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist required.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and technology.
• Prior experience in providing Telehealth services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy supervision to supervisees in a telehealth setting.
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate between psychiatric and counseling providers.
• Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers (at least monthly) to discuss cases.
• Operate from home with flexible days/hours chosen by the clinician; virtual team meetings.

• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.

Salary Range

$65—$70 USD
