An established behavioral health organization is seeking a dedicated Psychosocial Rehabilitation Aide to join their team. Full Time: Non-Exempt
Base Pay: $14.42/hour
The Psychosocial Rehabilitation, or PSR, program is open six (6) days a week, Monday - Saturday. As a PSR Aide, your typical work day is from 8:00am-4:30pm M-F, there is one evening shift a week (approx. 7:30pm), and staff rotate Saturday (8a-4:30p) coverages.

Your Role as a PSR Aide:
As the PSR Aide you would be responsible for providing support to consumers and PSR staff, and you are responsible for the routine transport of consumers to and from the PSR program. You would also assist PSR staff with activities which include clerical, kitchen duties, group work or other activities as assigned.

We are an administrative agent for the Missouri Department of Mental Health, and we are entrusted to provide a full array of comprehensive behavioral health services within our five county catchment area.
Our Mission: To provide and support personal growth, wellness, and improved quality of life through the delivery of comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families residing in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry, and Ste Genevieve counties in Missouri.
