The PSR Supervisor will manage multiple projects, supervise staff, ensure timely pre-authorizations, and transport clients as needed, while upholding program quality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in behavioral health field required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• MS Class C CDL required within 60 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to the PSR program, assisting adult consumers and staff.
• Teach independent problem solving to help consumers resolve problems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of SMI diagnosis.
• Obtain pre-authorizations for clients in a timely manner.
• Provide transportation for consumers to and from the program.
