Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychometrist to support licensed psychologists by administering and scoring patient psychological and neuropsychological tests. You will create data summaries, provide behavioral observations, and help manage testing materials in a busy outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have a psychology degree, strong assessment skills, and excellent communication. The role is on-site in the St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Prior experience in counseling or testing preferred.
• Strong assessment skills preferred.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Ability to make patients (incl. children) comfortable and perform well.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score psychological/neuropsychological assessments.
• Create test data summary tables.
• Provide detailed behavioral observations.
• Maintain, organize, and order testing materials.
• Assist patients while they are undergoing evaluation.
• Collaborate with psychologists (supervision, reporting results).
• Schedule follow-up appointments when psychologists schedule their own.
• Send/collect test measures to/from patients or guardians.
• Upload/send patient reports to patients and referral sources.
• Assist with maintenance of patient records.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
