The role supports Clinical Psychologists, reviews charts, conducts brief interviews, and participates in testing protocol improvements while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required.
• One year of health care experience preferred; psychometrist certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and adapt to changing clinical demands.
• Interacts professionally with staff and diverse clientele under stress.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and scores a variety of psychological and neuropsychological tests.
• Assesses patient motivation, behavior, attention, and test-taking strategies.
• Reviews charts and gathers information relevant to assessments.
• Explains testing procedures to patients and families and coordinates appointments.
• Maintains testing inventory and supports process improvement initiatives.
