The LEEAP Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a fluent bilingual English/Spanish Psychometrist to join the Psychology Department and support testing and evaluation for children with diverse needs.

Under licensed psychologists, you will administer and score assessments, document observations, and help create a calm testing environment, advancing through a structured growth pathway from Level 1 to Level 3 based on competency and documentation quality.

Qualifications

The LEEAP Center is seeking a fluent bilingual English/Spanish Psychometrist to join our Psychology Department.

Under the supervision of licensed psychologists, the Psychometrist administers and scores standardized assessments, documents behavioral observations, and supports the evaluation process for children with developmental, behavioral, emotional, learning, and neuropsychological concerns.

This role requires accuracy, compassion, professionalism, and the ability to create a calm, child-centered testing environment.

The LEEAP Center offers a structured Level 1-3 Psychometrist Growth Pathway:

  • Level 1: Foundational test administration and scoring
  • Level 2: Proficiency across multiple assessments with minimal supervision
  • Level 3: Advanced administration, scoring, documentation, and clinical observation

Advancement is based on competency, reliability, documentation quality, and clinical performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer psychological, developmental, educational, behavioral, and neuropsychological assessments in English and Spanish
