The University of Missouri's Thompson Center is seeking a detail-oriented Psychometrist to support psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents. This role ensures accurate test administration, scoring, and documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary clinical teams.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work within a busy clinical setting. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in related role or field.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychological and neuropsychological assessments to children and adolescents.
• Score assessments and prepare data tables for all tests.
• Document behavioral and testing observations within two business days.
• Collaborate with psychology and interdisciplinary teams on observations, results, and interpretations.
• Attend weekly Psychology Team meetings.
• Maintain testing rooms and organize materials.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to supervising psychologists.

The Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment is seeking adetail-oriented and compassionate Psychometrist to supportpsychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children andadolescents. This position plays a vital role in the assessmentprocess by ensuring accurate test administration, scoring, anddocumentation while collaborating closely with interdisciplinaryclinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer psychological and neuropsychological assessments tochildren and adolescents (parents may be present to assist asneeded)
• Score assessments and prepare comprehensive data tablesummaries of all tests administered
• Document detailed behavioral and testing observations withintwo business days
• Participate in consultation with psychology andinterdisciplinary teams regarding:
  • Behavioral observations
  • Test results
  • Validity and interpretation considerations
• Attend weekly Psychology Team meetings
• Maintain interview and testing rooms, ensuring readiness andorganization
• Manage and track testing materials and assessment tools
• Provide administrative and clinical support to supervisingpsychologists as requested

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years ofexperience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilitiescan be acquired is necessary. Certifications as required bystate/federal law or regulatory agencies is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $17.40 - $20.00 hourly
