Atlanta Autism Center Inc. is seeking a dedicated Psychometrist to conduct comprehensive assessments for children with autism aged 6 and under in a 100% center-based setting. You will administer standardized tests, collect behavioral data, and contribute to individualized ABA intervention plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• 1 year of psychometry experience.
• 1 year of ASD testing experience.
• Proficiency in implementing and analyzing developmental assessments and diagnostic tools for ASD including ADI-R, ADOS-2, SRS-2, RBS-EC, WISC-5, WIAT-4, BASC, Vineland-3, and Sensory Profile-2.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and professionals.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
• Empathy, patience, and sensitivity in dealing with children and families.
• Familiarity with standardized assessments commonly used in early childhood ABA and autism assessment, such as the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with children and their families.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in assessment administration and data collection.
• Ethical and professional conduct, adhering to relevant codes of ethics and confidentiality guidelines.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Psychometrist to join our team. This center-based role offers a structured yet flexible schedule, allowing Psychometrist to focus on quality clinical care, mentorship, and professional growth while maintaining a work-life balance.

Responsibilities

A Psychometrist specializing in autism and working with children aged 8 and under is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, administering standardized tests, and gathering behavioral data to assist in the development of individualized ABA intervention plans for children with autism. They have a deep understanding of early childhood development and autism.
