CBS is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience is required, with after-school hours and weekend opportunities available.

You will document session data, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and work toward RBT certification through our BK Academy training program. Tuition discounts are available through partnering colleges.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Need to Knows:

• Pay: $17-$26/hr
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
