CBS is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings around New York. No prior experience is required; you will receive on-the-job training and pursue the Registered Behavior Technician certification through our BK Academy program.

You’ll have after-school hours with flexible scheduling, earn $17–$26 per hour, and benefit from same-day pay and tuition discounts through partner colleges.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Need to Knows:

• Pay: $17-$26/hr
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
