• Utilize face-to-face, hybrid, and online modalities to meet learner needs.
• Develop syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams aligned with current theories and research.
• Implement pedagogical strategies to promote engagement, active learning, and critical thinking.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback on work and exams.
• Maintain accurate student records per university policy.
• Create a respectful, engaging classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Offer office hours and clear communication channels for student progress.
