Williamsburg Technical College is seeking Psychology Adjunct Instructors. Instructors will deliver instruction to a diverse student body, develop course materials, and manage records using the Brightspace D2L system. Courses may be online, hybrid, or in-person, with day/evening availability.

The role requires a Master's degree in Psychology with 18 graduate hours and preferred postsecondary teaching experience. Equality and non-discrimination policies are in place for applicants in all formats.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field with 18 graduate semester hours.
• Postsecondary teaching experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling and multiple delivery formats (online, hybrid, in-person).

Responsabilités

• Deliver instruction to a diverse student body using effective teaching strategies.
• Prepare materials and testing, maintain student records and adhere to course schedules.
• Use Brightspace D2L to communicate with students; conduct lectures and discussions aligned with course objectives.
• Provide course syllabi and correlate grades with skill and course competency.
• Submit grades, attendance, and reports in a timely manner.
• Deliver courses in various formats and schedules (day/evening; online, hybrid, in-person, etc.).
