Role Description

This is a full‑time, primarily on‑site role for Psychologists or Therapists located at our Durham office; although primarily on‑site, some ability for remote work is available. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include assessing clients’ needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy to adult and teen clients, and to children if you are interested. If you are a psychologist, your tasks can also include evaluations. In our supportive, team environment, we meet once a week for Peer Supervision. License supervision is available for provisionally‑licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in psychological assessment and related tools (for psychologists)
• Ability to collaborate with other mental health professionals and psychiatric medication providers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a psychologist or as a therapist in North Carolina
• Experience with or interest in forensic evaluations is a plus (but not necessary)
• Experience with all ages including children, or interest in being trained in work with children, is a plus (but not necessary)

Pay

Based on experience and degree, early career pay is about $78 per billable hour, masters about $84 per billable hour, and experienced doctoral about $97 per billable hour, for annual earnings of about $75,000‑$90,000 early career, $81,000 to $101,000 masters, and $93,000 to $116,000 for more experienced and doctoral clinicians (based on 20‑25 billable hours per week and working 48 weeks per year).
