Job summary

PeopleSense by Altius seeks a psychologist to deliver clinical and organisational psychology services, including EAP counselling to adults, children, adolescents and couples. Onsite attendances and critical incident responses support workplaces in their time of need.

You will conduct psychological assessments, provide private/Medicare rebated counselling, and participate in multidisciplinary interventions to improve client outcomes. A diverse caseload awaits.

Qualifications

• Psychologist with Full or Provisional AHPRA Registration (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to obtain a national police check.
• A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services.
• Provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling to adults, children, adolescents and couples.
• Onsite attendances and critical incident responses at workplaces.
• Private / Medicare rebated counselling.
• Multidisciplinary interventions to support client outcomes.
• Psychological assessment.
• Engage in bespoke projects addressing specific customer needs.
• Offer opportunities for diverse caseloads or focused areas of interest.
