$40.47 - $56.76 per hour ($84,178 - $118,061 per year) plus Recruitment & Retention supplement

Job Duties:
- Provides psychological services to clients at the inpatient & community NBH sites; performs assessments including interviewing, administering, scoring, interpreting & reporting the results of psychological tests; provides psychological interventions to individuals & groups including psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, psychosocial rehabilitation, skills training & family intervention.
- Serves as liaison to or participates in treatment teams; consults with treatment teams to ensure needs for psychological services for all clients are met; works with teams to ensure that treatment plans relevant to psychology services are well developed; participates in treatment team meetings as needed; provides or arranges for the provision of psychological services called for in the treatment plans; writes treatment plans.
- Develops programs; independently develops & works with other staff in developing & implements programs of mental health services; develops structured & integrated programs such as behavior therapy, psychosocial rehabilitation & family programs.
- As directed, conducts research or participates with other staff in programs of research relevant to the work of the facility.
- Serves on committees & work groups as appointed; participates in the meetings & functioning of the psychology department, completes special assignments.
