Job summary

B Above Autism Services is seeking a licensed Psychologist with HSPP endorsement to conduct comprehensive evaluations for children with developmental differences. You will perform assessments, write clear reports, and communicate findings to families, referring providers, and the team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, hybrid work, and strong administrative support to enable focused clinical work with children and families.

Qualifications

• Indiana licensure as HSPP required.
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Experience assessing children with autism and developmental needs.
• Strong diagnostic writing and communication skills; collaborative care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental differences, including autism spectrum disorder.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive written reports with actionable recommendations.
• Communicate findings effectively with families, referring providers, and team members.
• Review and approve ancillary service recommendations (speech, OT, etc.).
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental differences, including autism spectrum disorder
• Administer and interpret assessment tools such as ADOS-2, CARS, GARS, GADS, ASRS, VBAS-II, and ABAS-II
• Prepare clear, comprehensive written reports with actionable recommendations
• Communicate findings effectively with families, referring providers, and team members
• Review and approve ancillary service recommendations (speech, occupational therapy, etc.)
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members

What You Bring

• Active Indiana licensure as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP)
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
• Experience assessing children with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs
• Strong diagnostic, writing, and communication skills
