• Current license to practice psychology in PA or another state acceptable to the Board; PA license within one year of employment

Responsibilities

• Plan departmental goals, review performance, and organize staff assignments
• Coordinate psychological services with other disciplines and implement new policies
• Evaluate diagnostic, treatment, and therapeutic programs with professional staff
• Assess competencies, review performance, and guide professional development
• Provide patient assessment, testing, counseling, and behavior plan support when needed
• Create and apply procedures that uphold quality standards across the department
