Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed Psychologist in Missouri to provide testing services, psychotherapy, or both, in a hybrid Columbia-based role. You will conduct assessments for adults and/or children/adolescents, manage testing intakes, plan batteries, and deliver feedback sessions within a supportive clinical team.

The position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy over caseload, competitive compensation up to $140,000/year with annual bonus incentives, a sign-on bonus, 100%

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Missouri, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with conducting a variety of assessments with the adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing services and psychotherapy, or both, as part of a clinical team.
