Job summary

LifeStance Health in Columbia, MO is seeking licensed Clinical Psychologists to provide testing services and psychotherapy in a hybrid work model. Ideal candidates hold a Missouri Ph.D. or Psy.D.

and have experience with adult and/or child/adolescent assessments. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 annually, plus bonuses and a sign-on incentive. Qualifications

• Missouri license required (Ph.D. or Psy.D).
• Experience administering a range of adult/child/adolescent assessments.
• Experience with testing intakes, battery planning, reports, and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and psychotherapy as assigned.
• Prepare assessments and provide structured feedback sessions to clients.
• Collaborate with hybrid team to deliver outpatient care across telemedicine and in-person settings.

• Fully licensed in Missouri, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with conducting a variety of assessments with the adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.

This is a hybrid role, candidates should be based in Columbia.
