Job summary

OU Health-The University of Oklahoma seeks a licensed or license-eligible psychologist to join an interdisciplinary team within bariatrics and behavioral health. The role focuses on assessment, treatment, and consultation for patients with complex health and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality behavioral health services, collaborating with medical staff, supervising trainees, and engaging in clinical research and education opportunities within OU Health.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) required.
• Predoctoral APA-accredited internship completed.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health services to patients with psychological and medical conditions.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals regarding psychological aspects of patient care.
• Attend and collaborate in team rounds, didactics, and meetings.
• Supervise psychology practicum students, interns, and residents.
• Participate in research, education of trainees, and program development.
