Role Description The Psychologist will provide direct clinical services to clients on-site in Tampa, FL, in a part-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and developing evidence-based treatment plans to address mental health needs. The Psychologist will collaborate with other healthcare and consulting professionals to integrate psychological insights into broader care and practice improvement strategies. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in case discussions, and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in psychological practice.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply psychological principles in clinical and consulting settings.
• Clinical skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment to evaluate, diagnose, and support clients effectively.
• Relevant background in Medicine or healthcare collaboration, enabling effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field; current state of Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in Florida.
• Experience working in healthcare or consulting environments, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and non-discriminatory, client-centered care.
