Job summary

The Treatment and Learning Centers (TLC) in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our interdisciplinary outpatient team.

The role includes psychological assessment, counseling, and collaboration within a nonprofit setting serving neurodiverse individuals and families.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Counseling Psychology.
• Current Maryland psychology license, or eligibility for Maryland licensure.
• Experience conducting psychological assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan.
• Assess concerns related to autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, executive functioning, and related areas.
• Write comprehensive reports and provide feedback to families and schools.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services.
• Consult and collaborate with other professionals within TLC's interdisciplinary programs.
• Participate in case consultation and collaborative treatment planning.
• Provide supervision and mentoring opportunities based on experience and licensure level.

T LC, The Treatment and Learning Centers, is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our interdisciplinary outpatient team in Rockville, Maryland. • Assessing concerns related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, executive functioning, emotional and behavioral functioning, and developmental differences
• Writing comprehensive reports and providing feedback to families and schools
• Providing individual, family, and/or group counseling services
• Consulting and collaborating with other professionals within TLC's interdisciplinary programs
• Participating in case consultation and collaborative treatment planning
• Providing supervision and mentoring opportunities based on experience and licensure level

Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, licensure and responsibilities

Experience and Skills

Qualifications for the Psychologist Include:

Required:

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Counseling Psychology
• Current Maryland psychology license, or eligibility for Maryland licensure
• Experience conducting psychological assessments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Preferred:

• Experience evaluating autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities
• Interest in working with neurodiverse populations
• Experience with or interest in play therapy and working with younger children

TLC Hours of Operation:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Full-time clinicians are expected to work at least two evenings per week until approximately 6:00 or 7:00 PM
