Universal Mental Health in Asheville is seeking a PSR Paraprofessional to support our Psycho-Social Rehabilitation program. You will assist participants in developing daily living, social, and community skills in a structured, recovery-focused environment.

This full-time role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, competitive wages, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, Teladoc, and a 401(k) plan. A high school diploma is required.

• Document services and participant progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding participant needs and program activities
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful interactions with participants and families
