Qualifications

• Required Registration/License/Certification: BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer CPI within 90 days of DOH/Transfer.
• Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in a related field (MSW, RN).
• Preferred Registration/License/Certification: MSW, RN, LPC.
