The Department of Psychiatry at Salem Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks Board Certified or Board Eligible adult psychiatrists for full-time or part-time positions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. These roles offer flexibility, robust clinical support, and affiliation with Massachusetts General Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in our 120-bed inpatient psychiatric facility and/or Adult Outpatient Department
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NPs, social workers, and therapists
• Optional participation in Consultation-Liaison, teaching (Tufts appointment), and research/academic activities
• Interest in substance use disorders is a plus (no formal addiction training required)
