Board-certified psychiatrists are preferred to cover a 26-bed facility with about 20 patients daily, mostly adults with some geriatric cases.

Credentialing typically takes 30–90 days. AMN Healthcare offers malpractice insurance and helps arrange travel, lodging, and transportation for contractor providers.

This facility is seeking a Psychiatry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 10 hour day shifts, night call Monday, Wednesday, Friday + weekends
• 26-bed facility
• Daily patient volume: 20. Mainly Adult cases, with some Geriatric cases
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
• Board Certification Required
• Support Staff: nurses, technicians, and social workers
