AMN Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatry Physician for locum tenens coverage in Newark, NJ. The role is inpatient psychiatry, with rounding on inpatient units, including an involuntary unit. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, day shift, covering 5 days per week.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry is required. Epic EMR experience is preferred. This assignment offers competitive pay and support for travel and lodging through AMN Healthcare.

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $194.00 - $210.00

This facility is a Psychiatry Physician seeking for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, day shift preferred. Coverage for 5 days per week.

Practice Setting: Inpatient

Types of Cases: Adult inpatient psychiatry; rounding on psychiatric inpatient units, including an involuntary psychiatric unit.

Patient Load: Average daily census of 12–15 patients

Electronic Medical Record: Epic

Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
