Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide outpatient mental health care in a hybrid setting, delivering in-person or telehealth services. You will join a supportive team with flexible schedules and a commitment to clinical excellence.

You will diagnose, treat, and manage medications and therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to achieve quality patient outcomes in a growth-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more US states with PMHNP-BC.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications; adjust as needed.
• Provide therapy and referrals for additional treatment needs.
• Document care and coordinate with the care team.

Job Description

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at LifeStance Health, you're an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients. You'll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.

Responsibilities
