Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our clinical team in a hybrid setting. You will assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients in outpatient care, delivering both medication management and therapy, in person or via telehealth.

The role emphasizes high-quality behavioral health, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and flexible schedules with strong support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more US states with PMHNP-BC certification.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients; develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications; manage side effects.
• Provide therapy and referrals when needed; document care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and maintain patient records.

Job Description

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at LifeStance Health, you're an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients. You'll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day job responsibilities will include: evaluating, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication, monitoring medication, evaluating treatment plans, providing referrals for additional treatment needs, documentation, and providing therapy.
